최고였어요

노후된사설이지만 정말 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 무척 친절하고 올드타운이랑 떨어져 있어서 오히려 조용하고 좋았어요 안방비치도가깝고 저희 가족에겐 최고였습니다 다시 방문하고싶어요~~~

Great property in location away from noise but walkable. Around 500 metres from Town centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One of the manager, Henry extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Helped with tour packages and got me good rates.Will recommend this property to everyone.

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights here. 20mins slow stroll to Hoi An ancient town. However quiet a distance away to the An Bang beach.Staff are excellent especially Mr Minh and Henry as they are always smiling and helpful treating you like friends.Breakfast was good especially the omelettes. A good recommendation if you are coming to Hoi An.

가성비 갑. 다음날 새벽비행기라 잠만 자려고 저렴한 곳 예약했어요. 그런데 체크인하면서 본 풀장과 정원 에 첫번째로 반함. 웰컴티와 과일 주셔서 좋았어요. 직원들 친절함에 두번째로 놀람. 특히 남자분, 잘생긴데다 친절하시기까지!! - 저희 때문에 다음날 아침 새벽에 일어나셨어요. 죄송해요. - 새벽비행기라 조식 못먹는다니까 도시락(샌드위치와 과일) 챙겨주셨어요. 방이 좀 오래됐고 문이 잘 안닫히지만 수영장과 아름다운 정원, 직원들 친절함으로 만족했어요. 아. 그리고 한국인이 많이 가는 호로콴이라는 맛집이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요. 저녁에 출출하시면 가보세요.

베트남에서 방문했던 숙소중에 가장 좋았습니다. 구글이며 호텔어플에서 후기가 무척 좋고 많아 후기가 왜 이렇게 좋지, 하며 방문했는데 좋을만 했습니다. 짧게 머물렀던 것이 아쉬울 정도로! 방문 전 확인 및 방문 시간에 대해 묻는 메일이 오고 방문후 현지로 돌아와 숙소 피드백을 요청하는 메일이 오는 정도로 호텔내 서비스에 신경을 무척 많이 쓰는 것 같았습니다. 그만큼 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 팁 생각 없던 저희가 팁을 줘야해! 하고 말 할 정도로.. 갔던 호텔 중 가장 가격이 저렴했으나 가장 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다. 호이안에 가신다면 꼭 추천 드립니다. 주변 지인들에게도 추천할 예정.. 객실은 깨끗했고 포근했습니다. 색감있는 바닥 타일이나 벽지덕에 모던한 객실보단 좀 더 포근한, 가정집 같은 느낌이 나 더욱 편히 쉴 수 있었고 발코니가 있어 잠깐 휴식을 취하며 발코니에서 음료&맥주를 마시는 것도 추천합니다. 아주아주 좋습니다. 또 숙소에서 저렴한 가격에 맛볼 수 있는 피자는 다음날 또 먹자 할 정도로 저렴한데 맛 좋았고, 조식도 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 수영장이 정말정말 좋았는데 주변에 나무와 조명이 예쁘게 자리하고 있어 수영하면서 혹은 휴식하면서 절로 기분이 좋아지게 만드는 수영장이었습니다. 친구와 수영장에서 휴식하며 이 가격 너무 저렴한 것 아니냐며 여기 너무 좋다며 계속 말이 오갔습니다. 호이안에 방문한다면 꼭.. 꼭 한번 들려보면 좋을 것 같습니다. 고급스런 호텔은 아니지만 만족스런 여행을 도와줄 호텔입니다. 재방문 의사 120퍼센트..!

ウェルカムドリンクがあったり、スタッフの方が色々と丁寧に説明してくれたりと、とても感じのいいホテルでした。 朝食が付いていたのも良かった。 タクシーやバイク、自転車を使えば問題ないですが、旧市街まで歩くにはややというか、相当の距離があります。

家族利用にぴったり

当方、5人家族(子供→11歳、8歳、1歳) ホイアン、オールドタウン観光のためにに滞在しました。 立地はホテル前の通りを道なりにまっすぐで徒歩15分、自転車7分、タクシー(道がすいていれば5分)で日本人橋近くまでいけます。 途中に水上劇が見れる場所も通ります。 中心地ではないですが個人的に少し喧騒から離れた場所がすきなので距離感にとても満足しています。 追加補足 ↓ レンタサイクルは年期があります、ライトはついていませんでした。自転車のサイズてきに小学生には少し大きく使えませんでした。 修理中の子供自転車もみかけましたので自転車使用の方は事前確認をオススメします。 ランドリーを使用しました。 1kg＝US1ドル。8kgお願いしました。夕方だしで翌昼にはあがりました。 ビリヤードか1台あり子供とワイワイ使用しました。 動きたい盛りの小さな子供にも皆さん親切に優しく対応してくれて心が温かくなりました。ウェルカムフルーツ&ドリンク、清潔感のある部屋、のどかな眺望、素晴らしいスタッフ達…海外のホテルはハズレも多いですがこちらはオススメできるポイントが多いです！長男が誕生日だったのですがホテルからバースデイケーキのサプライズがあり本当に感動しました。まさにホスピタリティとはこうゆう事か！と身をもって感じる素晴らしいホイアンステイになりました。またホイアンを訪れる際には利用させていただきたいと思います^ - ^ 。 スタッフの皆さんお世話になりました、ありがとうございます！

Pleasant stay

Though a litttle bit far from the ancient town, it's ok to have a small walk there by 15mins. The swimming pool is large, room is tidy with balcony, breakfast was good, staffs were friendly and got close with us, overall the service was great. Really had a pleasant stay and an unforgettable year-end trip there.

야시장과 좀 거리가 있었으나 한적해서 좋았음 솔직히 후기를 보고 조식에 대해 엄청 기대를 하고 갔는데ㅋㅋ 기대만큼은 아니었지만 나쁘지도 않았음 간단한 음료와 과일들이 뷔페식으로 나오고 아침 메뉴판 중 고르면 음식이 나옴 (여러개 가능!!!) 첫날 들어갔을땐 청소도 잘 안 돼 있고 욕조에서 녹물이 나와서 따지려다가 피곤해서 그냥 잤으나 (아마 다른 객실을 가길 바라셨는듯) 다음날은 욕조 물도 깨끗해서 따뜻한 물에 몸 담궈서 좋았음 수영장 보고 간건데 날이 추워서 발가락만 넣어봄 ㅠ_ㅠ).......

Incredible service

Our first impression of Jade Hotel was, ‘wow’. We were very impressed by the staff’s customer service. We were greeted by a staff member who brought us fruit and juice and sat down with us to go over amentitiesnat the hotel and a map of the local area. It was a great start to our stay. The room was a bit small, but we had space for our bags, so it worked for us (2 people). We loved having the balcony and enjoyed many nights sitting outside. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. We loved having the pool there and bikes we could rent from the hotel. Throughout our stay, we were constantly interacting with the hotel staff - every one of them were polite and engaging. They knew our names, helpednwitj airport transfers, always greeted us with a smile. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay!

Phenomenal place to stay in Hoi An, the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my Southeast Asia travels. Very friendly staff, big & clean rooms, nice pool, you can rent bikes, great location in between the town and beach. Highly recommended.

항상 친절과 웃음으로 대하는 호텔

서비스도 환상적이고 조식도 좋았고 비록 수영장을 이용못해 아쉬웠지만 수영장도 바로 식당 뒤에 있었습니다.직원들이 항상 웃는 얼굴로 인사하고 첫날 체크인할때 호이안 유명 관광지들도 안내해주시고 숙소도 정말 깔끔하고 아기자기 하면서 갖출건 다 갖춘 숙소였습니다. 원래 체크인이 밤이었다가 일정상 오후로 변경을 해야해서 미리 메일을 보냈는데 바로 바로 답장주시고 트리플룸도 패밀리 룸으로 바꿔주시고 침대도 바닥도 욕실도 모든게 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다만 올드타운을 걸어가는건 실은 날도 더워서 불가능하고 그랩타고 다니는데 가까워서 좋았습니다.

직원은 친절하고 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었다. 1박을 하였는데 편하게 지내다 왔다. 야간에는 우리 가족끼리 수영을 했는데 즐거웠다. 다만 물이 좀 탁한 느낌이 들었고 야간에 수영장 주변이 좀 어둡다. 이점만 제외 하고는 좋은 호텔이었다.

Great hotel- Great staff

The best hotel I have stayed in for the price I paid . Spent 14 days in a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff went so many extra miles to ensure I enjoyed my holiday. The breakfast was amazing with a greeting such as " have a great day then my name' with my omelette or whatever I ordered daily. How is that for personalized. Eating and drinking at the hotel was affordable and the food was comparable to anything at the local restaurants. The service starts with a welcome email on booking. They organised my transport to and from the airport and my tours at great rates with no issues . Location is between the old town and the beach . Easy walk to the old town and small cab fare to the beach. They upgraded me during my stay as I requested a pool view if possible which was an added bonus. The pool is great and kept clean as the everything else at the hotel. Great water pressure and hot water, air conditioning worked well and even a few drinks in the bar fridge at reasonable prices. Can't fault the place or service for the amount I paid. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to return for another visit . I want to see how that baby grows after it joins the world Sally. Thanks for making my stay memorable and wonderful.

Great hotel and staff

Nice clean hotel, good pool. Nice breakfast, staff are fantastic, about 20 min walk to old town. Hire motorcycle for $6 a day. 10min to beach. Keep coming back.
