Staff were always extremely friendly and attentive throughout. We were given a free room upgrade on check in and our room was large and very clean. Very good location with many local cafes and restaurants near, plus easy walk to ancient town. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Has access to a nice rooftop pool, pool table, table tennis and decent gym which was good for rainy days. Would definitely stay here again and felt price very reasonable for the quality.

Amazing stay at the qualia hotel. Bo, the customer manager was so amazing she went above and beyond to help us, give recommendations and make sure our stay was comfortable. The other staff were equally as amazing but I didn’t get their names Beautifully decorated for Christmas, amazing housekeeping services and a beautiful gym and pool

The property was terrific to stay at. The people were lovely. The staff were very, very helpful and the facilities were terrific.. The only comment or criticism I would have is the westernized food, while the native Vietnamese food was perfect in every way, when they try to do the westernized food it fell short .

I stayed here for three nights in a Royal King room. The room was clean, spacious for one person and had a balcony. The staff were kind, had great recommendations for restaurants in the area and and greeted me with a smile. I enjoyed that the hotel was located away from the busy accent town, but was easily walkable. The rooftop bar/pool was a great way to start or end the day. The bartenders are great mixologists and you must take advantage of their happy hour. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but has an omelette/waffle station, fresh fruit and lots of local dishes.

Comfortable Stay in Hoi An

This was just a one night stay. The property is comfortable and the room was excellent with a very smart and newly fitted bathroom. Breakfast was good. Location is OK but a taxi or bicycle is required to reach the Old Town. The only disappointment was the roof top pool where the decking is in poor condition and verging on dangerous and the staff are inattentive and chat amongst themselves rather proactively coming round to take drink orders. In contrast the staff on main reception desk were excellent

We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the standard rooms but upon arrival they offered us a free upgrade to the luxury rooms with a balcony & bath. It was a gorgeous hotel that was clean, spacious & quiet. The staff were very attentive always offering to help (I forgot to take note of their names but everyone was great). It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from the Old Town & beach or you can get a taxi for about £1.50-2. The breakfast was good too & offered a variety of options including Pho, eggs (to your liking), toast and more traditional Vietnamese breakfast. The spa was also great - we both had a massage while staying here which was really relaxing. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We were there as a couple but looked like a place that could accommodate families too.

A 20 minute easy walk out of the hustle and bustle in quite part of town. Bike hire if you want it, and easy Grab pick up and drop off. It’s nice to be a little out of the busy area and we appreciated the quiet. Breakfast was great and there are some excellent local restaurants across the road including our fave restaurant in Vietnam, ClayPot. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The front desk booked us tickets to The Memories Show (which is totally worth it and was amazing - just get there just before the show, eat out in town, not in the park bc it’s empty). Front desk was helpful everyday offering us advice on what to do and what to see, even tailors to visit. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.
