Cheap but condition is good
I stayed 2 nights. Staff was so kind and breakfast was reasonable(considering the price). Local area is very quiet. Overall room condition was good only except noize from shower room. Bath tube was good

Very nice place.
I stayed for about 4 days. This place was nice and clean. Only problem I had was the smell of the wood. I had asked the staff to change the room and they did. Just left the windows open. Other than that all berry good.

Nice hotel in a quiet area
Hotel is located a bit far from downtown but it’s perfect for me, near the beach and has everything I needed. The staff are very nice and polite. The food is delicious.

Very polite staff and nice hotel
I really like the location, remotes from big down town. I had some room issues at the beginning but mrs. Tam took care of them right away. The food is excellent for Asian or occidental people. Like the place and price.

Location, location, location.
Unfortunately thats the only positive I can muster. We stayed for seven nights and realised quite quickly that this place was way to noisy. There were works within the hotel and on the pathway leading to the hotel. We asked to be moved and were told NOT an option. After a number of emails to the booking agent we received a $50 refund on our return.

Do not have anything bad to say about Titan hotel!! All good. Clean, comfy, friendly. Special thanks to staff member Down Thi Thu Ha and staff. They gave us breakfast a bit earlier than normal as our flight was early. Great stay.

Good budget stay
I would recommend staying here. Don't stay here expecting a 5 star experience. You aren't paying 5 star prices. The price is good. The location is good. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was good. The place was clean enough. Etcetera. For this price, this is a very good find (in my opinion). I always look for the cheapest place which is still clean and quiet enough. Titan hotel meets that. The fact that breakfast was nice is a good bonus.

I have faced only power and water problem for one night, Whole night till next morning there was no power and Water. Otherwise hotel was nice to stay and staff were very humble.

Beautiful and Clean Hotel Near the Beach
Upon arrival, we were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfectly clean and equipped with strong air conditioning, which is necessary in the humid and hot weather of Da Nang. Complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious, consisting of a variety of buffet dishes (steamed veggies, fried rice, fried noodles, sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, juice) and your choice of the noodle soup of the day. Bathroom was modern style shower with granite walls and glass door. Strong WiFi. The front desk gave us a packet of all the places to eat different Vietnamese dishes, which was nice. The beach is about a 10 minute bike ride away - very peaceful.

As alone business traveler, its location was not closer to town but closer to the beach & calm coz around the hotel, there is no loud facility. Clean & powerful water in the toilet. Only poor thing was dirty bed sheet (i used twin bed room. One bed was ok)

Good hotel
Great location, and can't really fault the room apart from being very bright at night with no curtain on one window. Staff were OK- were just a bit annoyed they advised us to take an expensive taxi to Hoi An when we found out later there was a shuttle (displayed on the counter after we had already booked) Awesome bonus to have free bikes too.

Nice but far away
We only stayed a couple of nights to do some day trips to Hoi An and the fabulous Marble Mountains. It's a nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff. However it's a 10min taxi ride or a 1h walk to the city. The cleaners put our towels on the floor although they've only been used once. However they hadn't provided new ones. We were given new bath towels after request but the ones on the floor were still in the bathroom. I had to bring them myself to reception and request a set of face towels. Wasn't a problem but a bit annoying to find them on the floor in the first place.

Very nice new hotel
Nice, newly opened hotel with some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. Room was lovely and big, with all the comforts. Breakfast was good. It's the nicest place I've stayed in Vietnam so far. Location wise, it's a little away from the beach and a ten minute taxiride from city center. They give you free bicycles so you can get to the beach in 5-10 minutes. All in all definitely reccomend this place.

My stay at Titan hotel is nice. Titan hotel is new, the room & facility is clean, the Toshiba TV with HD channels is good to watch, the receptionists are helpful & delightful. Although the bathroom design is not ergonomic enough, but you would find this hotel very enjoyable. FYI: The room has "new wood" smell, remember to ask the receptionists to use essential oil. It helps in my case.

Spanking new hotel as at Mar 16
Only in business for 2 months, the kettle in our room was never used and still have the safety instructions inside. Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast was one of the best we had (free from hotel). Shower was big, clean and comfortable. Cons: very un-user friendly power sockets, placed in all the wrong places and could still smell the renovations (guess the smell will go away in another couple of months). Overall, great value.

Nice friendly & clean
This is a new hotel & is smart both on the outside & inside too. The reception staff were very helpful & very pleasant. Room was nice & the hotel itself is situated about a block away from the beach although you can't directly access it , it's still oy a 10 minute walk. My only complaint was breakfast. There was hardly anything there each morning & none of it would have been to a westerns taste.I did manage to get them to make me an omelette however & that was fine. Yes I would go back

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel had a new decoration, the hotel is near the beach, it takes 10 minutes only . There are wet markets and supermarket nearby. The staff were nice and helpful . They are intimate and kind. I really appreciate their hard working. 従業員の対応が素晴らしいと思います。
しっかりとした清掃もそうですが、連泊の毎日を快適に過ごすことが出来ました。扉にもセキュリティがあり安心できました。Wifiも問題ありません。 市街でちょっとしたトラブルがあったのですが、ホテル従業員の方が立ち会ってくれるなど素晴らしい対応だったと思います。 あえて言えば、扉のたてつけが少し悪くなっていますが、困るような部分では無いと思います。

コストパフォーマンスが良い清潔なホテル。
立地は、比較的静かな場所にある。街中へ行くにはタクシーなどの利用が必要だが、海までは散歩を兼ねて歩いていける。 ホテル近くにコンビニやカフェ、食堂があり便利である。 部屋は清潔に保たれていて、各部屋に窓がある。ベッドも心地良い。 しかし、外気温が高い時はエアコンが効くまでにやや時間がかかる。 受付の対応は丁寧で親切。 道路から受付ロビーまでなら5段の階段があるため、スーツケースを持ち上げて移動する必要がある。声をかければ手伝ってくれる。 チエックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快く受け付けてくれる。 私が利用した時は、家族や知人のグループ客の利用が多く、廊下での会話など声がやや気になった。 バスタブのある部屋が約半数あるので、予約時に希望できる。 朝食の副菜の種類は多くないが美味しかった。主食はパン、白米、粥、麺が一種類ずつ準備されていて自由に選ぶことができる。飲み物は水と加糖豆乳ジュース一種類とホットコーヒーが準備されている。 廊下の電気やエアコンなど無人の時は切れ、エコに留意している。

停電被困電梯中，緊急通話鈕無法使用，困於電梯內時也沒通風設施，安全設備堪虞
住了三晚對於一些缺失提供參考如下：入住時櫃檯親切、動作快，代訂峴港到順化的火車來回軟vip座的來回票越南盾36萬/人,認同加收服務費是應該的。入浴室洗澡，馬上沖出一隻死的大蟑螂，房間浴室清潔不足。住506最後面房間，wifi訊號飄來飄去時有時無，走廊燈是sensor感應式卻不靈光。早餐八點有一半以上見底不補。搭電梯巧遇停電卡在電梯內，緊急聯絡按鈕無效，梯內無網路無訊號無通風設備，安全堪虞匱乏。飯店整棟濃厚魚露味芳香劑令人做噁
