"Everything was so amazing… I honestly don’t even know what to say. My staycation away from the noisy madness of Lagos was so needed, and choosing Sofitel Cotonou Marina was the best decision. This was a much-needed, restful, peaceful, and absolutely fantastic reset. 10/10 — I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! A huge shout-out to Ms. Veronique and Madiath at the front desk — my checkout was so smooth. "We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon."

"The property was not in great shape. Tile missing around the toilet, AC unit didn't have a working display and had missing blades, overall sense of that the place was old and not well maintained. Front desk was also really confused about me having prepaid on Hotels.com and held us up from leaving because of this, even though I told them at check-in time. There was a mini-fridge, at least, and the location is reasonably good"
