🏠| Nestled on the 2nd floor of the house, this spacious 70 m2 loft offers a warm atmosphere, harmoniously marrying the exposed beams with a touch of modernity.

🛌 | The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to:
➡️ A bedroom furnished with a comfortable 160 x 200 double bed and open to the living area.
A curtain can separate the spaces for more privacy.
➡️ A sofa bed in the living room with a real 140 x 200 double mattress.

🍽 | The open kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the essential utensils to prepare meals with ease.

♨️ | Heating is provided by an aerothermal heat pump which offers the possibility of air-conditioning the space in the summer.

🚿 | The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a shower, a toilet and equipped with a hairdryer, electric towel dryer, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.

➡️ Bed linen included and beds are made on arrival.
➡️ Towels are included, 2 per person: a large and a small towel
➡️ Basic condiments such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar as well as essential products such as toilet paper rolls, washing up liquid, cleaning products, dishwasher pods, coffee, herbal teas, rubbish bags are offered.
=> These touches will allow you to take full advantage of the space without having to worry about immediate shopping.
