"Bokade tre rum och bodde två nätter på hotellet. Väldigt fint hotell, men tyvärr fick vi problem med 2 av rummen. Det ena luktar avlopp och det andra luktar rök. Fick byta rum till slut. För övrigt, mycket bra utbud på frukost och mycket servicevänliga personal. Ett tips till frukostpersonal: se till att hålla maten varmt genom att stänga ner alla lock på mathållaren. Jag förstår att alla gäster kanske inte fattar syftet med det, men det funkar faktiskt på andra hotell, varför inte på Gets? "

"Room is not so clean and basic bath room aminity like tower is not ready when check in will not come back to the same hotel again"

"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"The room was dirty and the bed sheets shows stains. We saw food rests from previous guests under the table and the wastafel was quite unkempt. Smell unpleasent the whole room. But the personal were very helpful and service minded. "
