Breathtaking views of the most gorgeous sunsets on Lake Martin! This beautiful Ranch style home comes complete with bedding, kitchenware, furnishings, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your swim suit! It has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with 3 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep 12+ people comfortably. Comes with Internet WiFi and 3 Smart LED TVs for streaming to help you enjoy your time at the lake even more! The flat lot is very large and is private from the neighbors. Easy walk to the water! It offers 155 feet of water front with a boat house, containing life vests, 2 Waverunner/Jet Ski docks and a boat dock. It has a large great room with amazing views, nice large outside deck, and granite countertops in nice, open kitchen. Comes with washer and dryer, and all gas, electric, water, and trash pickup is included. There is no doubt that you will have a great time if you decided to stay at our lake home! Can be used for family vacations, relaxation, weddings, reunions, etc.

We had our family (12) for a few days. The place was very clean and roomy. The swimming off the deck was very good. Our young girls caught a few small fish off the dock. The manager Lisa was exceptional, gave us some good recommendations for food. Overall we had a great experience.

the feature that really makes this stand-out from all the rest is the amazingly large living area with high ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the water. The best for entertaining larger family gatherings

Another Thanksgiving in the book!

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything- space, beds, seating, and linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. The manager was great and responded quickly about our only problem of television connection. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. This was our 5th annual family trip and it was one of our favorite houses. Great location, wonderful views, nice and spacious both inside and outside. Property Manager was great to work with.

Awesome place !!!

We stayed here for our annual family summer vacation. This is a great house with a fantastic backyard with easy access to the lake. We will definitely look forward to booking another stay here.

Highly Recommend!

This was our 2nd year staying at this house for a family vacation with multiple generations. The house has a ton of space and an open floor plan, which we love! The cove is beautiful and quiet. Always enjoy our time here!

Grea location!

Easy sloped yard that leads to the dock. The house is spacious with lots of seating for mealtime. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beach towels, life jackets, extra fridge in the boathouse. Covered and uncovered dock. Place to anchor your pontoon boat and two portable jet ski docks. Our favorite place at Lake Martin. Lisa, the property manager is awesome!

Beautiful Place

Beautiful place to stay. So relaxing on the patios and deck. Beautiful Lake views. Plenty of room for a large family. It’s well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, towels, dish towels and the other items you use at home. You won’t regret staying here. Wonderful property manager. She was very attentive to our needs. Thanks Lisa!

Great property for big group!

Lisa, as always, was a very gracious hostess! The waterfront, yard, and proximity to the boat ramp makes this house perfect for boating! The covered boathouse is perfect for keeping your boat dry on wet days/nights and the new upgrades are awesome. New floors, new stairs and a dock that won’t give you splinters! A perfect Memorial Day Weekend vacation!

Great family time

I can't say enough about how nice this property is. It was perfect for our family. We had lots of room, a huge yard, comfy beds and beautiful water. Lisa, the property manager, was extremely attentive, even dropping by to check on us. There was plenty of parking space for our 4 vehicles and a jet ski trailer. We had a wonderful time and made lots of precious memories.

Graduation at Lake Martin

I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here for Auburn’s Spring graduation weekend. The house was perfect for us and our extended family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Plenty of room inside for everyone and several seating area outside to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Martin. It was only about a 40 minute drive to Auburn so very easy to go back and forth. Lisa, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home and at Lake Martin.

Great home!

On a great cove with access to big water and close to Chucks on the water food/ entertainment and a boat rental place. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Property Mgr was a super star! Had everything we needed and super responsive. Only complaint was the flies were terrible but could have been the time of year and how hot it was - they had plenty of fly swatters and property mgr came to bring traps etc. immediately.

TV is only Streaming - did not like

We love the property and the location, however, we do not like the TV is setup with Streaming only. We stayed last year and had regular TV to see. This was a BIG negative for the most of us with handicap and elderly staying.

Great Location for a Family get away

This house on Lake Martin is a great location for a Family getaway. We had an excellent time and will likely return. Upgrades to dock/decking are taking place and maintenance was reasonable. There was one significant issue that has not been corrected that prevents a 5 star review. The listing for beds is incorrect. There is a double bunk bed in the bonus room NOT a bunk bed and two doubles. This reduced the number of beds from 4 in the room to 2 and caused some inconvenience for our family. We would have planned differently if the listing was accurate. If we return to Lake Martin we will likely go back to this location, but here are a few details that might help others in planning there trip. PROs *Locations is excellent, water depth is adequate for boating and plenty of dock space *Easy access to water via steps/ladder for those with limited mobility *Quite slough that is safe for swimming/time in the water without having to worry about boat traffic *Large yard for family games/volleyball/badminton *Plenty of parking for friends/family and even boat trailers *Convenient location to Union boat ramp, Chuck's Marina, and gas station close by *Plenty of seating for meals for everyone inside and large amounts of deck space *Property manager is responsive and nearby to help CONs *Mattresses are worn out/tired, several have a memory foam topper to try to cover up the issue, but most need to be replaced *Kitchen has lots of items and importantly large bowls/containers, but is disorganized and no labels so hard to put back in the "right" place *Not enough coffee mugs for 12-15 coffee drinkers, bring your own *Multiple levels inside with 2 steps in the middle of the main floor that were challenging for our older family members (this was clear from the pictures, but be aware if you have limited mobility family members) *Cellphone coverage was a single bar for Verizon
