Beautiful location

This is a great condo right on the lake. The location is so perfect and amenities amazing. We enjoyed the salt water pool, outdoor gas grill, beach area and paddle boards!

Perfect Getaway

Loved this unit on banks of Lake Martin. Enjoyed saltwater pool, the sand beach and firepit. Perfect for us with just a 2-hour drive. Will stay again.

Wonderful stay in Stillwaters

We reserved this beautiful condo and so glad we did! Views are incredible. The condo is so clean and quiet it was a delightful weekend. So close to restaurants, golfing and shopping. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot/view on Lake Martin

We enjoyed our stay! Awesome view with good outdoor amenities. Condo is fine too but could be a little cleaner and have a box tissue and a couple bars of soap in the bathrooms that last at least one good shower!

Stayed out at Lake Martin in this great condo for Auburn Family Weekend. Comfortable bed; kitchen stocked with the necessities for a stay; comfy sofa. Would absolutely return when we're back in Auburn for a football weekend (or just a long weekend - it's so nice & relaxing out at the lake!)

Relaxing break

We met our college aged son here during his fall break. Having the lake and access to the pool, fire pit, and grill met all of our desires. The sunset view was amazing. The place was well equipped, and anything we needed was within 10 minutes. Quiet and peaceful this time of year, and Nick was easy to reach and very responsive. Plan to come again.

A visit to Auburn to see the grandkids

we were very impressed with the property. The pool was excellent. The amenities were as stated very good. You were able to rent a pontoon if you wanted and JetSki’s also We spent seven days and enjoyed every one of them. The owners were very accommodating to our text messages I would highly recommend this to anyone An excellent condo for the amount of rent required

All included vaca!!!

Everything you’d need and ever want at this VRBO. Perfect location to rent multiple units with friends or family. Listing was just as described, but even better. Pool, pavilion, grills, walking trails, beach access with clean bottom, fire pit, dock with benches to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets at sunset point, AND pontoon rental available!!! We will be back!

Perfect lication

The location and amenities are excellent. It was very clean inside. The pool was a bit dirty ion the first day. The outside of the unit needs some attention and maintenance. Paint is peeling on balcony rail, stair grippers need replacing as they are all peeling away. Overall we loved the location and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

This condo is in a great location with views of the lake. However, it is rundown. Peeling paint, blackened vents, and dated furniture and decor. If you want to feel like a college student, then it won't bother you. But there are other properties in the vicinity for the same price that provide a much pleasanter experience.

Pretty location

A nice location but needs some TLC and a thorough deep cleaning. Host responded to replacing several burned out lightbulbs and said he was unaware of the torn screens.The weather turned cooler so we didn’t use the screen doors, so it wasn’t a problem. However, no response from host concerning the black dog hair that was everywhere and black mold and dust on the heat registers. This could be a really nice place if it was thoroughly cleaned, furniture, appliances, etc

Love this condo!!

This is our 3rd annual visit to Lake Martin staying in this condo. We love coming and staying since we know what to expect and are super comfortable staying. This visit it didn’t feel as clean. The air vents need to be cleaned, we had some bugs, although I know they are super harmless. There was some loose hair on the floors and in the fridge/freezer, and some of the dishes that had been put away were not clean. Lastly, the first night of our stay the fire alarm went off 3 times during the night for seemingly no reason which I do believe was just really random and no one’s fault. We will be back for sure! We love this area and the sunsets absolutely cannot be beat.
