The Getaway at Lake Martin a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Lake front condo w/boat slip!

Welcome to The Getaway at Lake Martin. This cozy, clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The condo itself is ground level- THERE IS ONE FLIGHT OF STEPS FROM THE PARKING LOT LEVEL DOWN TO THE GROUND LEVEL, once in the condo there are no steps inside. The condo is LAKE FRONT! You can just walk right out the living room doors to the lake:) Located in the Stillwater Resort Community which is a gated golf community. There are community pickle ball courts, pool, a full service marina & a playground for you to enjoy during your stay!
Walk right out of the condo to the lake and to your very own BOAT SLIP! The boat slip is an end slip in calm waters! The condo has a full kitchen: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. It is full of dish ware, pots & pans etc. There is a cozy living room with a 55 inch smart flat screen TV!
The condo has 2 patios that are ground level where you can sit and enjoy the lake life. Grab your coffee In the morning & watch the sun rise while hummingbirds fly by!
There is a gated pool for Sunset Cove guests (key in condo), three grills and a picnic area where you can have dinner & enjoy the lake!
The Golf course has a full service restaurant on site where most Friday nights there is live music.

Only 1/2 hour from Auburn! Come and stay for the home games, family vacations, reunions, or romantic getaways!
We will offer a long term rate- up to 3 months just message us and we will work it out!

Quick getaway to the lake

Great property and surroundings. Convenient location that’s close to several restaurants. Private boat slip in a nice protected cove away from areas with lots of wake. We will be back again!

We had a peaceful stay and loved being on ground level. It allowed us to watch the kids explore the water from the comfort of patio chairs fit with pillows and convenient tables to place drinks and snacks! The inside was well appointed, clean and comfortable! The owners were great to work and communicate with! We will be back!

Great 3 night stay!!

The getaway on the lake was exactly as described. Their place is located on the ground floor, which is one flight of stairs down. From there, you can walk in & out the back doors for direct access to the lake and docks. The beds were extremely sleep friendly, and the family room has plenty of comfortable seating for visitlounging and visiting. The check-in instructions and communication with Lawrence/Yvette were flawless. I highly recommend their Getaway on the lake.

Nice condo with a relaxing view

We really enjoyed the condo and the view of the water. It is in a very quiet and peaceful setting. It is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Our one suggestion would be to make sure everyone knows that it is down a long dark stairwell. It took numerous trips down and up to get our belongings settled. We are not spring chickens but we managed. However, someone with limitations could not make it.

Lovely house on the lake waterfront. Has all of the amenities for a beautiful holiday. Loved the house setup. Just bring your groceries and feel at home. Beautiful pool which we used everyday. Took a guided tour of the lake, swam at many of the lake's beaches. We loved the quietness of the local community. Very relaxing. Beautiful pics. Excellent stay on Lake Martin

The condo and it’s owners are A+ in every sense. The condo was as described and very clean. We had plenty of room for our family of four and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patios with our little chipmunk friends where we were just a stones throw from the lake. The location is very quiet and it has a very safe and comfortable feel inside the gated Stillwater community. It’s just a short drive to Auburn University for those game weekends. It sure beats driving home after a late football game. Don’t hesitate to stay at this condo! From the comfort, views and price point you will be hard pressed to find a better place on Lake Martin. Family Lake Trip

This property was adorable. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The boat slip was a great bonus. Close to many restaurants, golf and tennis. Yvette and Larry were great hosts with excellent communication. We will definitely book again!
