This charming stone house in Dordogne's serene countryside, but close to Daglan, offers a cosy retreat. The ground floor boasts a spacious living area with stone walls, exposed beams, and a decorative fireplace. It comprises a dining space, a comfortable sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, a shower room with two washbasins, and a unique separate living room located in the ancient bread oven. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedrooms await.



Outside amenities include an adjoining outdoor terrace adorned with a pergola and equipped with a table and chairs, and a charming, wooded garden area with a lawn, perfect for lounging with provided deckchairs and a coffee table.



The stone house is located in the countryside, 2.5 km from Daglan (shops and restaurants). Peaceful area, not far from walnut fields (organic farming).
