The staff are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, which adds a warm and welcoming touch to the stay. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean by Myanmar standards. "We loved this hotel, spotless, comfortable bed, long desk, a spacious de luxe room with sofa. It has a separate shower room and bath tub with motorized curtain, and a day and night motorized window curtain. All staffs are welcoming in the lobby and reception especially Izu who patiently answered all our inquiries and recommended places to go. The coffee shop at the Ground floor serves delicious and affordable foods. The hotel is connected to a mall and has access in the GF. Accessible by taxi or Grab to tourist spots. Transportation is inexpensive. Highly recommended and will use other Pan Pacific hotels when we book in other countries. "

"This charming hotel is set in extensive private grounds in a quiet district of Yangon. It provided us with just the calm retreat from the busy city. Lovely pool, comfortable room, excellent food and helpful staff. I cannot find any fault."
