Min Het verblijf maakt zich niet waar ten aanzien van de prijzen.. De prijzen zijn niet realistisch voor wat je krijgt; -prijs van de kamers en faciliteiten is veel te hoog; -Toeristenbelasting (€1 p.p. per nacht) dat niet vermeld staat op de site, maar bij aankomst in rekening wordt gebracht. Plus: Klantvriendelijkheid en omgeving (natuur + gratis parkeergelegenheid. Al met al is dit verblijf niet voor herhaling vatbaar en zal er in de toekomst naar een ander verblijf gekeken worden, voor wellicht hetzelfde bedrag voor meer waar voor je geld. Alvorens dank.

Ambiente war gut, Zimmer ok aber Ferneher funbktionierte nicht. Unterbringung im Dachgeschoß bei fast leerem Hotel war nicht optimal. Kein Aufzug, aber historisches Gebäude. Restaurant: kleine Karte, ok, aber überteuerte Preise. Frühstück nicht überzeugend. Wir werden nicht wieder dort übernachten.

Romantisches Hotel in wunderschöner Lage

Super idyllisches Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage! Das Personal an der Rezeption war an allen Tagen sehr, sehr freundlich! Das Personal im Restaurant, vorrangig morgens hat hier aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Mimik der dort tätigen wirkte am ersten Morgen nicht gerade fröhlich. Aber die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut! Auch das Abendessen war qualitativ hervorragend! Einzig die Quantität könnte etwas mehr sein. Die Zimmer waren romantisch und sehr sauber, sehr schöne Badezimmer. Aber… Wie soll man an das Fenster (Zimmer 202) gelangen, um nach einer Toilettennutzung dieses zu öffnen??? Ein Luftanzug existierte dort nicht. Wir haben uns behelfen können, in dem wir einen Sessel aus dem Zimmer zweckentfremdet haben und darauf aufgestiegen sind, um das Fenster zu öffnen und zu schließen. Das sollte besser gelöst werden. Leider gibt es in dem Hotel keine Hotelbar. Zwar ist ein nettes Kaminzimmer mit Minibar und Selbstbedienung eingerichtet, jedoch ist dieses völlig unbeheizt und somit in kalten Jahreszeiten nicht nutzbar. Zumindest nicht ohne zu frieren. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, dieses Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen. Eine Zweitschlüssellösung sollte aber zwingend gefunden werden, wenn abends die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist.

Traumhaft kurze Auszeit

+ Wunderschönes gemütliches Ambiente + Top Service (Zimmer-Wunsch / Platz-Wunsch im Restaurant) + Im Zimmer hat uns an nichts gefehlt + Frühstück bis 11 Uhr und sehr lecker (frische Brötchen!!) - etwas Sekt im Angebot dazu und es wäre perfekt... -- Zimmer war leider etwas ausgekühlt, hat knapp 1 Tag zum Aufwärmen gebraucht, danach OK -- Parkplatz am Hotel leider inzwischen kostenpflichtig und mit 10 EUR/Tag etwas überambitioniert, 5 EUR/Tag fände ich akzeptabel - ist ja der gleiche Parkplatz wie damals... -- Die Portionen im Restaurant dürften einen Ticken mehr haben

Het is het net niet

Het is een fantastische locatie. Je zit echt in een oud kasteel. Onze kamer 206 was nogal donker omdat er maar 1 klein raampje was. Hierdoor konden we niet goed luchten en was er niet veel licht. De aankleding is erg gedateerd en wij vinden het niet passend bij zo'n romantische, mooie locatie. Teveel kitsch, namaak kunst niet bijpassende interieur freubels en meubels die uit de ikea getrokken zijn. Dat is zo'n afknapper een totaal niet nodig voor zo'n geweldig mooi gebouw. Het eten is aan de prijzige kant, dat is niet erg als het geweldig is. Het eten is goed maar niet dat beetje extra dat je verwacht. Hetzelfde geldt voor het ontbijt het is goed maar voor 18 euro p.p. verwacht ik meer dan een taai broodje van de supermarkt, een half werkende toaster een houdbare melk. Erg erg jammer want in potentie is dit misschien wel het mooiste hotel waar ik ooit geweest ben...

Stilvolles nettes Hotel im historischen Ensemble von Kronenburg rund um die Burgruine. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hause. Bedingt durch die historische Bausubstanz war das Zimmer sehr klein und nur über eine enge Treppe zu erreichen. Durch das kleine Fenster in der Burg-Außenmauer schöner Blick ins obere Kylltal. Für 1 bis 2 Nächte durchaus empfehlenswert.

Idyllische Ruhe im Grünen und historischen Kern

Es war ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Kurztrip! Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger und malerischer Lage. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft und das Restaurant überzeugt mit übersichtlicher Menukarte und ganz köstlichen Gerichten, was sich aber auch in den Preisen widerspiegelt. Diese könnten für unserer Begriffe etwas moderater sein. Auch bei den Essenszeiten zu Abend wäre etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert. Das Personal ist durchweg überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer im Burghaus (Romantik-Stil) war nett eingerichtet, bei genauerem Hinsehen waren aber schon deutliche Altersspuren vorhanden. Hier könnte man nachbessern - vor allem beim Bett bzw. der Matratze, auf der man sehr gut gelegen hat, welche aber doch sehr gequietscht hat (beim Umdrehen, Hinlegen oder Aufstehen). Das Bad war sehr geräumig und sauber, die Dusche war hervorragend, die Einsätze an den Wasserhähnen könnten jedoch mal erneuert werden, da das Wasser etwas unkontrolliert herausschiesst. Den ein oder anderen Haken für Handtücher könnte man noch gebrauchen. Das gilt auch für die Jacken, es fehlt an einer Gaderobe bzw. Haken. Platz genug wäre vorhanden. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde der Boden etwas vernachlässigt. Hier einmal mehr fegen oder saugen. Die Saunalandschaft kostet leider extra, man bucht sie dann aber für sich privat. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden! Das sollte uns nicht an einem Wiederkommen hindern! Beim nächsten Mal reicht vielleicht auch ein Standard-Zimmer.

Das Betten - nicht die Betten - war viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Der Fernseher war so leise und konnte nicht so laut gestellt werden, dass normale Hörer dauerhaft den Berichten und dem Sprechen folgen konnten. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein.

Een 5-tal jaar geleden waren wij ook in dit hotel Burghaus Blijkbaar is het intussen overgenomen. Het zeer goed restaurant in de burcht is er niet meer. (misschien coronamatregel?)De kamers in de burcht zijn nog altijd zeer goed en het zwembad is zeer goed onderhouden. het is zeker de moeite om de meerprijs te betalen om in het Burghaus te slapen en niet de villa.

Die Preise werden über das Foto des Burghauses gerechtfertigt, die Unterbringung erfolgt nicht immer im Burghaus, sondern auch in dem kleineren Fachwerkhäuschen "Villa Kronenburg", dort sind die Räumchen klein, alles ist eng und im Sommer bei Unterbringung im Dachgeschoss warm und stickig (kein Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage). In Anbetracht dessen ist der Preis nicht angemessen.
