Modern, wheelchair-accessible, and situated in a wonderfully quiet location. As a special treat, a free beach chair (during the season) awaits you right by the water. And you can also spend cosy evenings in the beach chair on the terrace. They’ve really thought of everything here.
The holiday rental is located in the heart of Dahme, just a few minutes from the beach promenade. Nowhere else does arriving feel as good as it does here. This Baltic Sea spa town welcomes its guests with North German hospitality.
Up to 4 people can relax here. The apartment offers 101 m² of living space and impresses with its stylish furnishings. It’s particularly worth noting that the apartment was built to be wheelchair-accessible. Even wheelchair users can comfortably use the spacious bathroom here. Grab bars have been specially installed in the shower and toilet for this purpose—as has the extra-wide entrance to the relaxing bathroom. The apartment stands out for its spacious, stylish, and modern living room with a wood-burning stove, which provides additional cosy warmth in the winter alongside the underfloor heating. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with lounge chairs and a beach chair. Large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed (WxHxD 180x60x200 cm) and one double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) with flat-screen TVs, as well as the previously mentioned spacious shower room and a guest bathroom. One of the double beds features an electrically adjustable slatted frame that adapts perfectly to your sleeping habits! The parking space is right next to the house. A sense of well-being is guaranteed in this unique apartment. This three-room apartment in a new building offers every conceivable comfort. The location near the nearby spa park, where you can unwind and relax, is particularly appealing. You can park any bicycles you bring with you in the garden. A cosy barbecue area in the garden invites you to linger. And if you do want to work, you’ll find a desk with a LAN cable in the bedroom. A wallbox is available for charging your electric car for a daily flat rate of €10. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
