2902 - Kalle - Ferienwohnung Kalle

This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building in the heart of Dahme, just a few metres from the sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. Both the centre of Dahme and the promenade are within easy walking distance—about a 5-minute walk.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and the tasteful, nautical decor—with attention to detail—create a bright and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The 65 square metres are optimally utilised and offer a lovely setting for two people. You’ll find a spacious living room and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a generously sized closet. The living room features a dining area for 4 people and a sofa corner with a TV and radio. A beautiful, partially covered south-facing terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair, invites you to relax at any time of day. The windows are equipped with curtains and electric exterior shutters. The modern kitchenette is also integrated into the living room. The high-quality bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. You can use the washing machine in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A free parking space under the carport and a lockable bike shed are available right next to the house. The amenities and the immediate proximity to the beach make your Baltic Sea dreams come true. Just move in and enjoy it right from the start.

Would you like to travel with family or friends? Ideally, we also rent out the penthouse apartment in the same building—now all that’s missing is you!
