Your holiday home on the 3rd floor of Haus Berolina accommodates up to 4 people:
- Living room and bedroom with a cosy sofa and TV,
direct access to the furnished balcony
- sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a closet
- separate bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a closet
- fully equipped separate kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment,
dining area with table and chairs
- modern bathroom with shower and toilet

A well-behaved dog is welcome to stay here for a fee!

Swim in the on-site swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sun loungers (for a fee), burn off some energy playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach your apartment by lift.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1 through 4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
