The apartment does not have a TV or Wi-Fi.

It is not possible for a couple to sleep together. The single bed is 1 metre wide.
The sofa bed in the living room is 90 cm wide.

A beautiful, very quiet 60-square-meter holiday apartment located on the outskirts of Daisendorf, 3 km from Meersburg.
From the 13-square-meter balcony with an awning, you have a magnificent view of Lake Constance and a pond.

Smoking is permitted there.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

There is a large living room with a built-in, high-quality new kitchen,
equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The sofa bed is also located there.
90 cm wide, 2 m long, and 40 cm high.
It’s not worn out. It’s comfortable to sleep on. See photos.

The bedroom is furnished with a single bed (1 m wide, 1.90 m long, and 60 cm high from Dormiente, metal-free), a two-door wardrobe, a shelf, a nightstand, a table, and two chairs, as well as an electronic roller shutter.

The bathroom (unfortunately, no natural light) has a bathtub.

Shared use of a small basement storage room is also available. One or two bicycles can be stored there.
However, they would need to be carried down and up the basement stairs. Otherwise, there are various storage options in front of the house.

Dogs are welcome. There is also a dog bed. So, a maximum of 2 dogs.
Since dogs are often in the apartment, it is not suitable for people with dog dander allergies.

The apartment is high-end and was completely renovated 9 months ago.
It is part of a small bungalow with two other rental units, though the other tenants are rarely on-site.
Therefore, it is absolutely quiet, and you essentially have the house to yourself.

Since it’s located on the outskirts of town, you’ll hardly hear any traffic noise—just birdsong and views of the countryside, the pond, and Lake Constance.
From here, you can set out on a hike right away or drive or bike to the swimming area in Meersburg, 3 km away.

The entrance is at ground level, ensuring easy access for people with mobility impairments.

Ample parking is available.
A bus stop is a 4-minute walk away.
The bus goes to Meersburg, directly to the ferry to Konstanz, and in the other direction to Markdorf via Bermatingen.
In addition, there is a bus a 10-minute walk away that also goes to the harbour in Meersburg and, in the other direction, to Uhldingen-Mühlhofen.

It really is an ideal place for a break.
