"The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice having the pyjamas already in the room for our use. The instructions for the Onsen were very well done and if you forgot they were also posted. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and there was a variety of food. We would recommend to anyone travelling to Mt Fuji"

"Great place with superb view of Fuji, Hiro is so nice and the shuttle is handy (worth messaging them in advance to check times). Rented e bikes/bikes which was great to get around fantastic location, much better price than near the station!"

"Great view and spacious room. It was the biggest room of our trip though the fuji room is outdated compared to the one with a private bath and mountain view. Bath tube is small for bigger Americans but public baths are nice and makes up for it. "

"Our stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also provide pajamas/loungewear, which were extremely comfortable and a nice extra touch. We loved having a balcony with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, especially in the morning and at sunset. The onsen and public baths were relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the private onsens as well. The location was peaceful and quiet, with gorgeous scenery all around. I highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel shuttle service to get to and from Kawaguchiko Station, as getting Ubers was more difficult than not, especially for a larger group. The nearest FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are about a mile away, so the breakfast buffet is definitely worth adding to your stay. There was a wide variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, this was the best stay of all the places we visited in Japan. We would definitely stay at La Vista Fujikawaguchiko again."

We especially enjoyed the personalized service, delicious BBQ and breakfast, unique outdoor sauna, hand-ground coffee in room, excellent selection of unique & local fruity alcoholic beverages in the fridge, heated beds (so comfortable!), hammock, and strong air conditioning. "
