"This small family-run hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Shkoder. The bus stop to and from Tirana and Valbone is only a 10 minute walk away. There is an iron and ironing board on every floor. My room was very spacious and equipped with a small refrigerator. They serve a delicious Albanese breakfast. If you plan on hiking between Valbone and Theth, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel."

"The hotel is located on a pedestrian street but easy to access. If the door is open, the better entrance is up to the left side along by the cafes so you can take lift straight up to 4th floor reception. The receptionist Imina was amazing. She speaks perfect English, dry sense of humour and very friendly. The room was in good condition and comfortable. Only small issue was missing shower door so water went everywhere. The breakfast is huge. You won’t need lunch and included in price. Wifi was fast. Highly recommend."

"A nice, new and basic hotel that’s perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed sheets were fresh, although the blankets did have a noticeable body odour and needed a good wash. There was no kettle in the room, but one was provided when I asked. Breakfast was simple but nice, with croissants, bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit and cheese. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus."

"The location is really great. Close to the buses. Close to many great restaurants. In the morning there is a bakery across the street where you can grab something quick. Small convenience store right by the entrance. I also thought the bed was really comfortable."

"Nice hotel, but with room for improvement. The hotel itself is nice, clean and mostly renovated. The facilities are good and the nearby water park is a great bonus, especially for families. However, Albania is still a country in development, which becomes very noticeable once you leave the resort. The hotel area is clean, but outside there is rubbish almost everywhere, including along the seaside promenade. Breakfast offers a good variety and the fact that it is similar every day was not a major issue. The selection of cheeses is excellent, but unfortunately they are not refreshed regularly, so they are often dry and not very appetizing. The hotel beach is okay and, compared with other beaches nearby, actually looks very clean. Still, it could benefit from more frequent cleaning, as cigarette butts can easily be easily found. Staff were mixed. In the Taverna, service was often not very friendly and staff did not always seem focused on customers. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. We had to ask three times to have our room cleaned, despite leaving the cleaning sign on the door from the morning. Overall, a nice hotel with good facilities and a decent beach, but service, housekeeping and some food-quality details could definitely be improved."
