"The location was great, it was close to the college. The room was average but it worked for my family of four. All appliances worked in the room. It did have a weird smokey/old odor when we entered the room but went away when we got use to the smell. The outside and parking lot looks rough. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was ideal for the family. It was an easy grab and go. "

"Have never been to a more disgusting hotel. Checked right out and drove to Fargo to stay somewhere else. It should be boarded up. We did not feel safe and it was so gross. "
