Overall clean. However, placards have times marked over. Like breakfast, there was a start time but not an end time at the front desk. We missed breakfast by 10 minutes.
In the breakfast area, there was some guy laying on the floor asleep. But hanging out of his shorts. I don’t know how long he was there but he was startled when I got coffee. Definitely glad the kids weren’t with me to see him. This was at about 8:45 am.
I probably won’t stay here again. I do travel to Dallas a few times a year. We only stayed here because we were laid over at the airport and our connecting flight was early and this place was close to the airport (Love Field).

Difficult to get to and an interesting, unsavory and somewhat scary, neighborhood.

Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.Loved the sausage patties they served. Staff was
great, we had a late flight out of DFW. They kept our bags
for us till late afternoon after we checked out.

Staff was very helpful, kind, and considerate! Went above and beyond for me, very much appreciated. Great experience for a last minute emergency booking.
The room was big enough to fit a king size bed and couch and table. Do however inspect you room so that you can mention any thing unusual to front desk. Not a big deal in my room just an iron mark on the carpet.

have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and always a great experience staff is always very friendly hotel is super clean and always feel safe location is also a plus

Stayed here for one night with my wife. Last min booked had decent reviews. Well the smoking and non smoking sections were very evident of it. Lobby smelt like smoke
Bad. Room was pretty
Clean overall. Bed and pillows were terrible.
Ac Wouldn't come on it didn't turn on till 4:00 in the morning it was so hot in the room we had to sleep with the window open and they were so noisy inside look at here all emergency vehicles trains
Very impressed for the price and location. Desk Rep. cordial,assistive, pleasant. I really liked hos customer service skills. He even had a cork screw for our wine bottles to open. Very clean and comfortable bed and “spacious room.” Very happy customer!
Very disappointed. I never had issues with Best Western properties before. But this property at this address does not fit the Best Western profile. Will not stay at this location again.
