Broken door to bathroom and was not able to close. Roach in the bathroom. Tub area was not clean. Booked a king room and was given a room with two beds. It was too late in the night to move and ask for a refund.

My room wasn’t ready when I got there and the lady said that it hadn’t been cleaned yet and it would be an hour until I could check in. Luckily, she got to move me to a room that would be done in thirty minutes. I had an event I had to rush to so I didn’t get to check in until later that night.
Got into the room and the top lock on the door was broken. The door to the bedroom didn’t even close. They didn’t leave us any towels except two hand towels and one slightly bigger towel. No bath towels.
I did not feel safe here.

No iron, no coffee maker, no breakfast, no cups, no dish soap or dishwasher soap, plus would not hold 2 prong just fell out, had to stand right in front of tv fir temote to work, horrible carpet, smell of cigarettes was worst. Will never stay in smoking hotel again.

Room was not clean. Did not shower as the tub was yellow and had paint spilled on the tub. They have held my 100.00 deposit to this day without refund 1 week now. Stayed here years ago and was good. Never again.

It was misrepresented- no breakfast and no gym (an elliptical is not a gym).
Hot water was limited and actually had no hot water one night. All water was out one day.

The room temperature and thermostat did not get below 79 the whole time during my stay. I changed rooms twice and lowered my thermostat as low as it would go and the room would not cool off. Got as hot as 88 degrees at one point.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
Children running around without parents supervision, The room i booked was dirty crumbs of cookies from entrance into the room to counter top, no towels,. I requested for the room to be changed which was done still this room had no towels, room had a very strong smell. Everything here looks old.Is this property a shelter or a Hotel? I will never visit this place again.

Room was very large and beds were pretty comfy.. Things look a bit run down when you get inside but the room was really clean and surprisingly never heard a dog bark either night… I would definitely use them again!!!!

I wanted a kitchen, however NO cooking supplies were provided. I would have liked a coffee pot, instead of the one small coffee dispenser as I brought my own coffee. There was one small skillet. One ladle, no spoons or forks no sponge or any dish soap to wash the one skillet. I went out and bought a spatula. They were changing the drapes in all the rooms, and a maintence man just opened the door and walked right into my room and told me there were problems changing the drapes in my room and I had to change rooms. All of the old drapes were left in the hallways with a small path to walk. The room I was changed to the table had plaster on it.

When setting up the appointment, I specified that we had mobility aids. (I was on a cane, as was my mom.) I was exhausted from the long day and misunderstood his comment about no elevator for no internet, so you can probably imagine the surprise when I got in and it went nowhere. He originally had put us the 3rd, but tried moving us to the 2nd floor at least since there were no first floor options.

Front lady staff in the day of check in 300pm 12/25/22 was rude. The thing that stood out the most was how run down the hotel was. Completely disgusting with carpet stains all throughout the building. And when I went into my suite the carpet floors had stains and the coach in the suite had stains on it. Completely disgusting and unsanitary. I will definitely not ever stay there again.

The online pictures are very misleading-nothing like online. This place is hooded out , furniture is outdated, cigarettes butts are all at the front door , people look like they are living out of there car. Leaky water stains in the ceiling, more stuff —never again.

There room had a very bad odor, probably from the dirty carpet. The walls and ceiling were gross and dirty. There were several visible water stains on the ceiling. There was also visible wire where the smoke detector has been removed.
