My room was 1612. Everything was fine until about 1:00 am we kept hearing knocking noises on the window.popping noise not sure what it was, but wouldn’t let us sleep good. I mentioned it to Daniel on Saturday nightat front desk, and said he will get someone to check on it, but no maintenance person never came by.on Sunday i mentioned a second tome to a lady at the front desk again. They said they will look into it but never heard or saw no one came by.we went ahead and checked out and left. Oh the chargers on the table did not work chargers kept coming out own their own…i would like for Omni to give me sone credit or at least one free night for all the troubles i went through this weekend. Let me know Thank You!

The staff was very accommodating. On the first night, my room had no hot water. The staff worked expediently to move me to another room which was upgraded to a corner suite. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and remembered me throughout the 4 days I was a guest...I felt very special!

What a beautiful property, the view from the 28th floor was so gorgeous.. the canal walkway was beautiful too.. if you’re on the fence and want a clean tranquil place that’s still convenient to amenities and close to the airport (so short there was basically no traffic) then this is it.

Everyone who worked at the hotel were all amazing. Didn’t like the bed pillows at all, enough so it was hard to sleep. Back to the people though, even the valet folks were awesome !

Beautiful, classic hotel located on the Lake Caroline walking path. Valet parking was very convenient, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and I never heard a sound from outside my door.
