"I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. At first I was terrified because of the reviews. I’m assuming management addressed them expeditiously since the reviews I read were recent. It’s located in the Battery and a premiere location. Waffle House and Wendy’s are literally steps away. So is the sky jumping facility. The room was clean and there were no bedbugs as other guests had complained of. Also the room was not that much out of date as claims in other reviews. Could update the flooring and remove the carpeting and also update the shower with a walk in but other than that it good. The bathroom and room were well lit unlike previous reviews. Also the elevators were working unlike claimed in previous reviews Although one wasn’t working our first 2 days there, but not a big deal. The pool however was still closed for repairs, so that was a bummer. Breakfast was good also. Good options. Management was nice. We got extra towels and toothpaste with no hassle. We overall enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful area! Great hotel with great amenities and lots of shopping and dining in walking and close driving distance. Just off the highway, easy to get to. My only recommendation would be to lower the cost of parking and make payment easier, ie, adding it to the room, paying at reception, rather than with QR codes that have to constantly be filled in and was inflexible with changing times. Also, the laundry was expensive to use and inconvenient as you have to use quarters only. Otherwise, we loved it!"

"Booked room week prior and when we checked in was put in a queen size beed room instead of a double queen. When we went to the restroom their was pee already in the toilet. I called and requested a room change and she said she has one more room with a king but coulnt change us asfter saying their was no rooms available. When moved to the 2nd room next day afyer hosekepping was done. The shower was dirty had some kind of sand like substance on the tub as well with weed crumbs by the coffee machine. Expected alot more out of this hotel. "

"Bathtub caulking was covered in mold. No drain plug for tub had to use washcloth. broken usb plugs in bed. Asked for extra pillows was told there were none. Upon check in the hotel manager was at the desk. One hello, one ask for my credit card, one key card given and room number other than that no other words spoken. No information about my charges etc. breakfast was terrible. Beds have tiny pillows. AC is noisy, smart tvs but no streaming bring your own stick, "
