  • Your home away from home in The Colony with 2 bedrooms. This adorable house offers a cool retreat where guests can relax comfortably with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. The single bathroom is clean and functional, perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living space or preparing a meal in the kitchen, this fantastic spot provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. No parties are allowed! The rules apply to each guest and all individuals the guest invites into the listing. There is a maximum number of 10 guests for the space (the 10 max applies to casual daytime visitors, not the amount of guests booked). The appropriate place to park vehicles is in the garage, driveway and in front of the house. Guests must not cause excessive noise or play loud music period. Prohibited substances are not allowed and
    smoking in prohibited inside and outside the house.

    Garbage day is Tuesday morning. If you would like to set garbage out at curb, you may feel free to do so. If not, that is okay as well.
