Such a great location

This is exactly what we needed for SMU family weekend. It's super close to campus and to great restaurants and bars in Lower Greenville. Check in and out was super easy and automated. The bed was comfortable and the extra supplies in the kitchen were a nice touch. Highly recommend - can't beat the value for money.

Great location with easy walks to good restaurants and bars. Nice bungalow with equally nice hosts. Perfect for our trip with easy access to SMU. The parking spot is a tight fit; I definitely wouldn’t want to park an F150 or similar there. We were able to park a mid-sized SUV, but it was tight.

Spacious well Appointed Unit

This unit surpasses expectations. There are unexpected details such as phone chargers on both sides of the bed. The unit has a large bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, office, and full kitchen. The patio is lovely. It is an easy walk to Greenville Ave. the owners have excellent communication. I highly recommend this property, and will be staying here my next visit to Dallas.
