Cleaning crew did not tidy up or restock my room with fresh towels, coffee, toilet paper or sheets for the 4 nights I stayed there. Not even if I specifically asked the lobby for it on the morning of day 3. Bar staff was great though

Be prepared to have to walk from the garage to the hotel. After checking out we notice we were charge a bogus dining fee after never having eaten at the hotel. Called 3 times to ask them to correct the charge and was never helped.

Very comfortable accommodations and convenient proximity to great venues. A continental breakfast option would be nice but the hotel is attached to a Starbucks to that was a great alternative for an affordable breakfast option.

We booked a king room and they gave it away apparently and told us sorry they only have doubles. I fully expect a refund. We have 8 kids and it’s hard to get away by ourselves. This is unacceptable. The lady was rude and said all she could offer us was a free drink! Absolutely not.

The only complaint I have is the parking, besides the garage (which is a good walk away) there really isn’t any parking, you can park in the street, out in front of the hotel, but if you leave for evening and come back, those spots will be full.

It was okay. I usually vacation in this area and this is one of my least favorite stays. Front desk staff has RBF and didn’t dial very much. Didn’t ask if I had a Bonvoy account to earn rewards. You have to pay $22 a night for parking in a garage that you have to walk 7 minutes to get to. Ended up parking in the street for free because it was close. There were no walk decorations and the sink was so close to the toilet I could lay my head on it. Also, our bathroom sink didn’t drain. It wasn’t terrible, but I prefer other hotels.

Was here for one nite and it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for my needs and reasonably priced. Linens were nice; room and hotel were spotless, breakfast in the am was good and quick with several choices. desk staff were very helpful. Area is not physically inviting, but I didn't feel unsafe; lighting controls in room were funky - could not turn entrance way lite out and still turn on the bedroom lights.

The hotel was extremely clean, service was quite good, bery modern hotel and perfect location in Frisco. Outside of the elevator breaking and the $18 buffet. Place was great.

The hotel is nice and walkable to The Star entertainment area. The bathroom space is tight and hard for two people to be in the space at the same time. We did not have soap of any kind (bar, hand, bath) and had to use shampoo. We called the night before and day we were leaving for service - it didn't show up which was disappointing. Self-parking is expensive at $2 difference from valet! Especially considering you're in the middle of a field.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean! My one complaint is that it has slider door for bathroom. Not understanding this new trend but definitely does not give anyone privacy in the bathroom.
