Recently remodeled! This home is half of a small duplex that is a 15 min walking distance or from AT&T Cowboys Stadium and minutes from I-30. Two smart TVs (Roku) and 200MB internet speed for streaming. Basic live local channels are included as well as ESPN, ESPN2, CNBC, CNN, Fox News and others. Enclosed private yard with patio furniture in the back. Very simple, no clutter but with everything you need including washer and dryer.

Perfect use for a visit to see friends and family, extended work stays, etc! Our guests include students, small families, working professionals and YOU!
