Every single person at the desk and at valet were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was excellent. Valet was super quick and easy to use and all the workers were smiling at all times. Elevators were quick and we never had to wait. My only complaint was the breakfast. $15 for a “buffet” of cold eggs, cold potatoes, soggy pancakes, and a piece of sausage. Just go elsewhere for food. Other than that, this place was perfect.
