Patio deck with bbq grill and big backyard to entertain kids and pets! Very quiet neighborhood that is 10 min from DFW AIRPORT & Historic Grapevine Main St, Grapevine Mills Mall, North East Mall. Many restaurants less than 10 miles away including Boomer Jacks, Uncle Julios, Texas Roadhouse, In-N-Out Burger, Waffle House and many more.
