Great hotel near the airport! Much better than the star ratings showing. The staff was amazing to room was nice and cold when I arrived that was impressive in its self. There was a young man who checked me in I didn't get his name but he is a gem of a person. Lots of dining option nearby. Even though it is right next to I-635, it is very quiet. They are doing upgrades to the hotel and it is definetly showing, you can smell the new paint and new furniture in lobby. I have stayed at this hotel before but this time when I stayed there, I was pleasantly surprised. This is my go to place now whenever I am in Dallas lovefield area.

My stay was perfect. Good value for the money paid. My room was nice and cool upon arrival. Bathroom were very clean which i like, and nice hot shower which is a must for me. Breakfast in morning was hot breakfast. The staff at check in and check out was simply amazing, they answered all my questions. I didnt use the pool so i can not rate that. This hotel used to be Bestwestern but now it is called Comfort Inn. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is traveling through dallas lovefield airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at comfort inn during a weekend getaway, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The motel's location couldn't have been better. Situated "just off the highway offered easy access to airport I was impressed by the cleanliness of the motel. My room was spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained its cleanliness throughout my stay. The linens were fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. .

Hotel is newly renovated, new furniture, paint. Clean and cool rooms. Front desk agent answered all our questions and was very nice. Close to lovefield airport and market center which is where we were going. Food options nearby also.

I love this place , our stay was great !!! Very friendly staff , once we walked in we automatically smelled the fresh scent we were very welcomed like home . Room very nice very clean fresh sheets and enough towels . The breakfast was tasty and delicious . It also has good parking enough parking for a lot of people , good landscape all around , the room very decorated and cozy looking . I will definitely stay again , the staff very helpful in helping me with directions in restaurants . This place is a great place to stay definitely recommend to stay here.

Inside seemed very unkempt. Elevators felt barely functional. The room was clean and had good amenities, but all other services seemed to be lacking. Not the worst, but definitely could use improvement.

I called the day before to let them know I would be checking in late and the guy did not seem interested at all. Then when I went to check in late the guy told me I didnt have a room anymore because I didnt check in on time. And it took a while for me to convince him that I did have a room. Then they put me in a room that had not been cleaned and AC didnt work. Then moved rooms and the next one had a shower leak that shot into the ceiling. Also the area is pretty sketchy, but that is not the hotels fault.

There is nothing that I like about this hotel. Room sink and shower were broken and they still signed me in. I only stayed here for 2 nights and I have to move 3 times. The front desk staff assigned another guess into the room where we are at while we are out. I come back later in the night which was around 9:30 pm and noticed there was different people in our room. Those strangers took our personal belongings and brought to front desk and front didn’t question until we got back to our room. I was going through our room and found out the people in our room are cracked head and they doing crack in the room. The manager and front desk staff saw their guests doing drug but refused to call police. I didn’t see what they did to our belongings but we lost everything that are valuable. They put my personal belongings in a pillow case and handed it to the front desk and the people working just accepted it without question I talked to hotel manager his name is Tarang Patel about how messy they they did to us. Manager agreed to not charge me for the nights and also gave us 2 more nights for next time if we in the area 🤔🤔🤔.” However, the hotel still charged me for that 2 nights 12/29-30 -2023” Besides, manager also agreed to pay me 15,000 Choice points within 24 hours for what were stolen. It’s been a week now and I have not seen the points in my account. I DO NOT recommend any one should stay at this hotel cause you may not know what gonna happen to you while you stay here.

Nothing favorable about this stay. Was checked into a room on the fourth floor which was being renovated and was clearly not ready to receive guests. There was no carpet (remnants of carpet pads), limited lighting, and room numbers were taped to the door with small pieces of paper. The door latch inside the room was heavily taped and unable to be used for security purposes. On top of all the above, when we decided it was best to check out, we were advised by Ken at the front desk that the system reflected that we had not been officially checked into the hotel.

I stayed here with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our first room didn't have working A/C but we were able to get a new room quickly. I wish our new room had a t.v but it wasn't a big deal. New room and bathroom were nice and clean; no bad smells. The area we were in might have been a slight bit questionable BUT we were 5 minutes away from a delicious hole in the wall mexican restaurant. You get what you pay for and so many of these reviews probably expected suites at $60 lol. Our stay was calm, relaxing and I got my deposit back with no issues. Hope this hotel gets more business because the staff were friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had numerous issues at this hotel. Too much to type honestly. My main issue was the dirty, disgusting clogged sink that I walked into when I checked into the hotel. I mentioned the issue and bought it to the employees at the front desk multiple times and there was never a maintenance work sent up nor would they allow me to switch rooms. I will NEVER be back to this location. My worst hotel experience ever.

Stayed there for 4 days , went to front desk to ask for housekeeping and they will never come do it . Complained twice that hey housekeeping never came in and they would say we will send them right now and never came in . Whole stay housekeeping never came to cleaned the room. They would disabled your room key every morning so if you leave your room you would need to go get it unlock everyday . Room smelled like cigarette when front desk clearly said no smoking but every room smell like cigarette ? Elevator would take forever . Carpet in rooms are dirty and ones in hallways just smells . Housekeeping never cleanes the room so if you need clean towels you would have to go downstairs to get it at front desk and they only give you one towel .
