Cozy 2 bed/2 bath home with sleeper sofa

  • Centrally located and fabulously furnished 2 bed, 2 bath with additional sleeper sofa (Queen size) and plenty of street parking & 2 covered spaces in back. Enjoy a quiet, cozy nights sleep in brand new Posturepedic plush mattresses with Memory Foam pillows in both bedrooms.

    GREAT location with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes to Mockingbird Station, SMU, Lakewood Village, Lower Greenville, White Rock Lake. Safe, quiet neighborhood with walking access to food and shopping.

    The space is a one story home. Both bedrooms have large TVs and ample closet space with hangers/luggage racks. Desk workspace available for working from home. Bluetooth speakers.
    Private backyard space with outdoor seating & firepit.
    All TVs are Roku where you can login and access all apps including Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, YoutubeTV, etc.
