About this property

Cozy 3bdrm 2bath house for families w/ small kids & infants near White Rock Lake

  • This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is perfect for family traveling with small children. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook. There is also a booster high chair along with plastic plates & cups for kids. Washer/dryer and the backyard has a baby swing an outdoor table and fire place. If you need something specific for your children or for your stay please let us know. We might be able to accommodate you.

    2 min from TopGolf, 5 min from White Rock Lake, 8 min from North Park Mall and 18 minutes to American Airlines Center.

    You are walking distance if you take the trail to go to White Rock lake (about a mile walk to reach the White Rock lake trail)

    You can park 2 cars in the driveway, (car gate & garage NOT accessible to guests.) Entrance door has a ring camera. Door has a numbered key pad, we will give you code at check-in time

    Any guest needs to know that the house was built in 1959 and the backyard does not have a fence. We try to keep the home as up to date as possible but some guests may not like the old spirit of our home. While we can accept dogs, we unfortunately cannot accept cats, one of us in the family is allergic to cats. Hope you understand. Thank you for your interest.
