The aesthetic is really nice altho I'm not that picky about that. The home was airy and uncluttered. Smelled good. For a one-night stay, it was adequate and served the purpose we were looking for. But I would not recommend more than a one or two-night stay. Here's why:-There is no dining table. You will have to bring a table and chairs. - There are wasp nests. By the front door as well as the back patio area. (Could be more areas)- The building itself is old. Nothing you can do about that. But I am a stickler about renovations before renting. The whole place kinda needed to be renovated (or renovated better/properly). It was clear they did the most minimal changes if there were changes at all like painting the kitchen cabinets. I would strongly advise if you were to renovate anything at all in the future, please renovate the kitchen. There are cracks between the walls and cabinetry. And I've seen a couple bugs near the sink that probably came out of the walls. I don't think it was a roach, but probably a close cousin? The place is clean, but due to the age of the building, it's really hard not to have critters behind the walls. - More about the kitchen: It would be nice to have some basic things like more dishes. There were only 3 plates. Also, some more cooking/baking-ware would be nice. Dishwasher also looked like it needed replacing. I was afraid to use it so I hand-washed everything.- Stairs may not be up to code, but managable.Send Check-out instructions.
