The Butler Brothers Building is a restored downtown landmark dating to the early 1900s, preserved to honor its architectural heritage while delivering contemporary comfort. Classic brick architecture adds character modern buildings can't replicate.



Windows remain sealed to meet preservation standards, and you may notice a mild scent from the original materials, entirely normal and not harmful. Air purifiers are provided in every unit, and running the AC fan on a higher setting improves circulation. If you're particularly sensitive to building materials or prefer newer construction, this may not be the ideal fit.

You're in the heart of downtown Dallas, steps from the city's cultural and business pulse. Like any thriving urban center, the surrounding streets carry the energy of city life, including the presence of unhoused neighbors, common in vibrant downtown environments and generally peaceful.

The building is equipped with 24/7 security, CCTV in common areas and hallways, and dedicated night personnel.



BUILDING SYSTEMS & MAINTENANCE

Elevators in historic buildings occasionally require maintenance; delays are uncommon but possible.

The building also receives routine professional pest treatment in accordance with Texas climate considerations; occasional sightings may still occur, which is normal and not a reflection of cleanliness.
