Please note that this is a multi-unit property. You’ll have the Bungalow dwelling to yourself, excluding one locked owner-storage room. Two additional guest units are located toward the rear of the property, including an attached Studio that shares a wall with the bungalow. Each unit has its own private entrance.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Do not use or attempt to light the fireplace. It is decorative only and not operational.
