- Welcome to your Dallas–McKinney group getaway! This spacious property combines two modern homes into one private stay, offering 10 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, two kitchens, multiple living areas, and plenty of space for large families and groups.
Enjoy 3rd-floor entertainment spaces with 85" TVs, arcade games, foosball, mini golf and massage chairs, plus ping-pong tables in the garages. Outside, unwind in the private fenced backyard featuring a gazebo, fire pit, grill, string lights and multiple seating areas.
The property also offers two 2-car garages, EV charging and ample parking. Each side has its own private entrance, kitchen and living spaces, giving larger groups extra privacy while staying together. Please note there is no interior connecting door between the two homes.
Conveniently located near Historic Downtown McKinney with easy access to Frisco, Plano, PGA attractions, Dallas and the greater DFW area. Perfect for family gatherings, wedding groups, reunions, sports trips and multi-family vacations.
