The building management has strictly prohibited guests from hosting any parties or gatherings inside the clubhouse. This area is reserved for LTV residents only. Any unauthorised use of the clubhouse by guests will result in a $1,000 fine, which will be charged to the guest responsible .

This building uses a ventless dryer, which works differently from standard dryers.

Set the cycle to Sanitary

Set the dry level to 3



At the end of the cycle, clothes may feel slightly damp — this is normal.

Simply remove them and hang or lay flat. They will fully dry within a few minutes when exposed to air.



🚨 Violation Policy :



• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.
