Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. According to the Building Parking Policy, large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in.
The following types of vehicles will be turned away:
1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vans with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding 6'8" in height.
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers (which are difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts, oversized custom rims, or tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls.
Pets are welcome, depending on their size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. A cleaning fee will apply for each pet.
Pet fees are as follows based on the length of your stay:
* 1-4 nights: \$25 per pet, per night
* 5-29 nights: \$200 per pet
* 30+ nights: \$300 per pet
We are not responsible for any building maintenance or repair issues.
**GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO STAY**
To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check. This information is solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.
All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:
* Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
* Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
* Complete a background check if required by property management or the owner, as per the rental agreement and booking terms.
* Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet the verification requirements may be canceled.
