Brief Review:
- Overall Poor communication w/ Host
-Unkempt VRBO
•Kitchen: blue stains and pre opened food tossed into the cabinets. Stove dirty, dishwasher w/ standing water at the bottom & counters also appeared dirty.
•Hair and stains on sheets
•Mold/Feeces in Toilet
•Hair on the toilet seat
•Sticky floors
•Dryer filled with items & hair hanging from dryer door
•Furniture worn,dirty & stained
-Refused to provide FULL refund after proof was provided that we the) stayed in hotel due cleanliness concerns.

Prior to our arrival we seen that Dallas was expecting Freezing temps so I reached out to confirm if the residence had extra blankets & confirm winter supplies if needed. No response/contact in 2-3 days so VRBO was contacted to ensure there weren't any issues with our reservation & to get us in contact with Host. After contacted by VRBO,Host responded to my question immediately. I then followed up with additional questions & received no answer(s) from Host. Before our flight I had to contact Host because we hadn't received our check in information. The Host provided information making the check in process the BEST & ONLY GOOD part of this respective VRBO location. Once we entered the residence at first glance it appeared ok but as we prepared for a store run we noticed the concerns mentioned above. We reached out to Host she mentioned items usually remaining in the dryer and said "If you would like to do laundry please put them in the closet". She mentioned the place should've been cleaned in attempts to persuade me that the things we were looking at weren't real or dirty. After discussing concerns with my Fiancé and telling the host; we confirmed we weren't staying. The Hosts' sole counter offer was to mop the floor (dismissing the other concerns). We unfortunately had to get a hotel room despite originally paying for the VRBO. We provided Host proof (of hotel confirmation) that we didn't not stay at her residence night one or the duration of our trip and she Refused to issue us a FULL refund. VRBO customer service agents were notified & emphasized the Host would contact us regarding refund. She NEVER called, responded via App & FAILED to pick up our call once VRBO provided her contact information to us. She has still failed to provide a FULL refund or an apology for the state of her rental property & failure to communicate with the guests afterwards.
