Kick back take in a film in media room w/an attached wet bar perfect for snacks. Spacious kitchen w/granite countertops, gas range and second oven overlooks living room. Work in office with beautiful built-in cabinets and see-through fireplace. Upstairs second master suite with own living area/walk out balcony, 2 bedrooms w/closet. No parties, No smoking

Custom designed and built by the owner, the home features many upscale features including complete brick and stone facade, handscraped hardwood flooring and ceramic tile. 7.1 surround sound Theater room, Executive office with built in desk, Bluetooth outdoor speakers, WiFi, cable and smart TVs.
