Good location, close to airport. The only drawback is the elevators kept stopping on 2 days of our stay. We were locked once in one of them.

I had a great time here I only had an issue when they said I couldn’t check in because I was under 21 which is a terrible policy

Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, the kids enjoyed the pool. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in the Dallas area.

We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

Our room was dirty , they would not give us another room or clean ours that night , we had to make our own beds , there was fingernails in floor and poop in toilet , the guy at the desk was not professional he didn’t care at all about our situation , told me he had other customers to tend to , will not ever stay there again .

The property was fine. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. What I can't get past is ....what I believe I booked (a king suite with a door separating the bedroom and the living area) is not what I got. I booked through expedia and called the hotel itself to be sure what I booked was what I wanted. Even after checking to be sure I booked what I wanted when we checked in we got a king suite all in one room. NOT WHAT I WANTED. They could not change us to what we thought we booked as they were sold out. I COULD NOT GET PAST BEING PUT IN A ROOM I DID NOT WANT AND AS A RESULT REMAINED ANGRY FOR THE INTIRE WEEKEND. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Stay for 5am flight.
Traveling with family. Hotel was very handy to DFW Airport and staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great Experience!

My room smelled like mildew. It was obvious that it either flooded or floods repeatedly. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom door did not open and close properly due to warped door or floor. Very nice staff but they were sold out and could not proved another room or offer any discount - just took my money and gave me a stinky room. I felt wronged because there is no way they did not know about the problem.
