First night stay hot water didn't work and staff did not notify us or let us know before we checked in.No extra towels the next day.No cleaning services daily. Food was average they offer full breakfast. The suite was over priced and seemed like a basic room.

Enjoyed breakfast variety with multiple choices and with slightly different options day to day. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were unavailable due to maintenance issues. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Actually 4.5 stars.

Great family stay, but construction above us
Great stay & worth the price! From the moment we checked in, Desiree (hope I spelled that right) was so pleasant and helpful, we will book here again just cause of her. Our room (king suite) was also perfect for us and our 2 toddlers, we really loved the hot tub in our room. Also, big kudos to the breakfast bar, a little of everything available and well cooked! Our only concern/complaint is there was construction going on above our room late in the night Friday and throughout the weekend and it was loud enough to keep us up. This will def be our go to for our next Dallas trip but we hope no construction going on, at least not after hours/weekend.

Quiet n Cozy
I felt welcome when I came in. Definitely a quieter experience to have right outside of the city for a good price. I do wish that both elevators worked, and that the showers had a bit higher water pressure. No true complaints though, would stay again.

Unpleasant experience
Very rude management. Advised me that I would not receive my deposit back however the room was in great condition upon checkout . I stayed there with my daughters and they told me that we were having a “party” when it was just me and my family
