My overall stay was great. The breakfast was good but the staff, THE STAFF, was excellent. They were courteous, but I really want to acknowledge the Front Desk concierge named LaTonya! She went above and beyond to make my stay seem like home! She was always pleasant, friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for all of your help and support LaTonya!

All was great, just the front desk needs someone with a smile. The lady at the front desk was upset, when I asked for the oatmeal to be replenished since there was none left. She stated that breakfast was served until 9am, it was 8:58am when I approached her at the front desk. I had been waiting 15 min for someone in the breakfast area. Your website states breakfast served until 10am CST.

Accidentally double-booked this property - The manager was very personable and waived cancellation fees for one of the bookings. Nice stay, good to have microwave and fridge in rooms. Breakfast very good.

Our room was so clean and the hotel appears to be very new, beautiful décor in the rooms, modern fixtures. Loved the shower with sliding glass doors. Breakfast was decent, I would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon to be offered, but the Texas shaped Waffle was absolutely delicious! This was the best hotel I stayed at out of 3 while I was visiting the area!

They do charge for parking but I already knew so not a big surprise but it was a pleasant stay we did miss breakfast so we can say anything about it but it was our fault we overslept.

The people at the Front Desk are not as friendly as we might say, the neighborhood does not seem very safe, the beds are hard and the pillows are not comfortable at all, and do they also charge you for parking? No hotel should charge that, unless it has a gate and the cars are secure. The hotel is nice, new and you have all the amenities.

Wow nice place. Staff was wonderful. I wanted to compare this hotel with another hotel in the area. Just because the hotel that I stayed at first was very disappointing the was dirty it gave me uncomfortable feelings I that I wouldn’t stay there again. But with Hampton Inn a totally different experience this hotel made me feel very comfortable and stress free. Place was very quiet and clean. At times I thought I was the only one in the building it was that quiet. Parking lot had security so with that was important because I work at night so when I had to go to work it was in the middle of the night and security was out making it’s rounds. I thought the price was very good I would stay again hopefully soon I want to swim at In door pool.

Highly recommend!
This hotel is immaculate, smells good, looks new. We had plenty of everything we needed right there. The staff is really nice and helpful. Peaceful and quiet. Loved the bathroom and the shower! Super comfy bed. Loved our stay.
