We only stayed 1 night to attend a concert nearby but we had a lovely time. Everyone was courteous, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Great price, clean room, helpful front desk. Walking distance to Toyota Pavilion. This is my go to place to stay when I have a concert there!

When I went to my room it looked like they started to clean it and then left before they got too far into the cleaning. The bed covers were on the floor as well as the trash. Had to go back downstairs to get another room. Was not offered any kind of an upgrade other than apology for my inconvenience.

Large and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. My room was located next to the elevator shaft, but surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay here again! The hotel was very clean and convenient from the convention center. Breakfast was great everyday! Great hotel!

The shower pressure was amazing. Dove body wash, shampoo, hand was, hand cream and conditioner is a plus. It is nice to have a hotel go beyond for their customers.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast sweet rolls were excellent!
The Door Latch to Room 102 was difficult to operate and sometimes would not open.
Also noticed that with the original room assigned to me.
Better fix those!

Shaista was the most pleasant woman at the front desk and welcomed me and also helped me navigate how to get food delivered and also about the property. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

I needed a 1- night hotel close to my customers HQ. This was fine. Better breakfast than most other hotels in the group. Good value.

Room was really nice and super clean. Got bad directions for walking to music venue which almost had us walking on the freeway, but other than that, couldn’t have been a better stay!

The staff was great and accomondating, room clean. But the noise level outside freeway and lightrail were terrible. I had to ask for a room change to the non lightrail side. But even that was noisy.

Pictures and reviews are very deceiving. If this was rated on staff alone it would be 5 stars but unfortunately the room did not feel clean, there was rust and soap scum in the shower. There was also a terrible smell throughout the room and hotel. Would not stay here again unfortunately.
