Beds comfortable spacious bathroom And bedroom. Cleanest holiday inn express I’ve stayed in Staff was very pleasant and Lobby area was bright and welcoming it was convenient to many places for food gas and highway.

We were greeted by the sweetest hostess- Ali maybe. Saturday, March 23 mid afternoon. She was friendly- helpful and made us feel so welcomed.

I was lied to -- the pool was unusable. I only booked at this hotel because of the indoor pool, and then when I went to use it, the water was freezing and the staff admitted that the pool has been broken for some time. If you want a pool in winter, do NOT stay here.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was always refilled and was warm and appetizing. I have stayed a few times and will stay again when im in the area.

IHG Richardson/Plano
The hotel had an amazing assortment of breakfast items to choose from each morning. If you left hungry, that was your own choice. The staff doing check in and the breakfast each morning were so pleasant and kind. The only down side to our stay was the pool. There's not a way to put warm water into the pool. The pool is about 45-50 degrees year around. Even though it's an indoor pool, you can not use it year round. My children were disappointed because we chose the location for the indoor pool because we were staying for 5 days. The hotel is perfect location to Dallas and easy to get to. The ease of getting into and out of the hotel is nice being right off hwy 190. Definitely recommend unless you want an indoor pool then choose another location.
