The experience was not really good from checking in until leaving. At checking in, HH gold membership package would not have been given if I did not ask. When I got in my room, I found no lotion was provided and bowls/plates/cups/folks/spoons/knives were not in place. I called the front desk for lotions and I was told that someone would send it to my room in minutes. However, it did not happen and I had to go to the front desk to ask again for getting it. I tried to use the Business desk printer to print, but the printer did not work. I asked the front desk staff for help. The person came and tried something, but, the printer still did not work. The person told me that someone else should come to help. The someone never showed up. I could not print out at all. When I went to the front desk to get a pen and a piece of paper, no one was at the front desk to help and I could not find one around for more than 30 minutes. This was the worst experience with HH hotels. I really regretted for not having selected a Hampton Inn.
