This is our 2nd stay, its so convenient for activities for our grandkids, they love the indoor swimming pool, we love the court yard, it gives them a place to run and play. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and have a great place to eat outside. The staff are friendly and helpful each time we stay. As grandparents we love to do all the daily fun activites but we love having our own room to relax and recover for the next days adventures.

Many items were in disrepair. It took 3 rooms to find one with an air conditioner that works. Both the stationary bike and the elliptical were broken and the ice maker in the third room leaked so badly that the ice formed an unusable solid blob.

Grandkids winter vacation!

Wonderful Christmas break vacay with our grandkids. Close to Grapevine Mall and all the attractions there and close to Arlington where the Epic indoor Water park (great deal on Groupon).

Arrived to our room to find a portable ac unit and fan blower on the floor drying the carpet. It was extremely hot in room. The bathroom was also dirty with trash left behind. Hotel was outdated. Mini market didnt have much availability to choose from. We called front desk and let them know we were checking out immediately. We have 2 kids. 1 year old & 6 year old so the room was too uncomfortable to stay in, no extra room was offered so we left.

Christmas victory

Booked this room for a Christmas getaway and it definitely lived up to the hype. Nice stove top and spacious room. Amazing service staff: Alonzo and Gerald made us feel right at home. Breakfast was warm and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great addition. Would definitely stay here again, amazing location!
