📍 Smart Entry: Secure access via the building system and smart lock. Personalized entry instructions will be shared prior to check-in.



📍 Building Access: Your provided fob grants access to the elevators, pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. The fob will be inside the unit upon arrival.



📍 Parking: Garage parking is available for registered guests only. Detailed parking instructions will be provided before check-in. Unauthorized parking is not allowed.



📍 Security: Exterior cameras monitor common areas for safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



📍 Noise Monitoring: A non-recording noise monitor is in place to ensure compliance with building quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).



📍 Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Starter detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.



📍 Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available throughout the unit. Login details will be shared before arrival.
