"I have stayed at this property when it was under another corporate owner. The recent makeover has created a fresher venue. I had an issue with some of the lights in my room, and I could not get the shower door to stay closed. I raised the issues with the front desk; they were addressed straightaway. I was not happy with the parking arrangement. Long story short, the hotel wants $46 for overnight valet parking. I do not need or want valet parking; I prefer to park my car. "

"The hotel was nice. Free parking is great! Close to 75 hwy and shopping. On the morning of our departure there was no hot water in the shower. Told the front desk and was advised "Oh, yeah, it was fixed but the part broke." No apology, no offer of credit. No warning. Sign in elevator said water was going to be shut off that day from 11 am to 5 pm. No free breakfast, which was also disappointing for the amount of money you pay for a room. Asked for free cookies night before, "I only have 1 left. We are having trouble with our cookie supplier." Funny, same girl told me that in the morning when I left. This was the day after they had a women's convention in the hotel. "
