The hotel location was good for what I was in town for. Lobby and hotel room had a distinct odor that threw the experience off. I assume it was from the carpeted areas because overall it smelled wet and not cleaned thoroughly.

The property was convenient for us. The bathroom needs some cosmetic work - tub finish for example. The breakfast was ok although they were out of tea. The ice machine was broken, no other source for ice.

The property charges a 50.00 deposit on your credit card. I decided to stay an extra night the y decided to charge me an additional 50.00. the room was 119.00 a night, my total for 2 nights would end up coming to 526.00. and they would have kept 100.00 in deposits up to 10 days. They did not budge. I went to the four seasons across the street. I'd like to be kissed if your gonna try to screw me. People at the desk were just rude about it.

Don't go there for the sitting area
Very hard to find a hotel on short notice that had 2 beds and didn't cost more than $250/night. Had stayed here probably 10 years ago and it was OK. Took a chance, based on previous reviews, and selected a room with 2 beds and a sitting area. Traveling with my elderly mother who goes to sleep early, so I could use the sitting area to read. There was absolutely NO light in the sitting area. At checkout I asked for a manager, explaining about the missing light. I was informed all I had to do was turn on the lamp... No one cares anymore about customer service. Will not be back.

Checked in and the room shown on hotels.com was not the room revived. We ended up being stuck in an extremely small room. The breakfast is watery processed eggs, rubbery sausage and waffles to make which was the only thing we were able to eat. When entering the covers were not clean and had brownish looking stuff on them. The bathroom had left over pee stains around the toilet and the shower was beyond disgusting. There is a language barrier with the front desk and they are not helpful at all. The cleaning crew speaks no English and you cannot ask for fresh towels or covers. Went down a lot since we came a few years ago.

We stayed for a few nights and the hotel was great. The front desk staff were very nice, check in was easy. The property was clean. The area is very nice. They were a lot of places to eat and shop. It was also close to the stadiums and other attractions. Breakfast was OK, just not a lot of options.
